Reservation of Conference Room

This is to inform all the employees that the Conference Room should only be used for meetings by group of 4 or more people.

Requests for reservation of a conference room may be made through email or at the front desk. Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. In case of cancellation of the reservation, please let the front desk know so that the time slot is free for other employees.

Reservations can be made by contacting the front desk or HR department.

Office Will Remain Open (31-July-2023 and 01-Aug-2023)

Dear All,

Please be informed that head office will remain operational on Monday and Tuesday (July 31 and August 1,2023, respectively). In case anyone faces any difficulty commuting to the office on aforementioned dates, due to the expected VIP movements, you may opt for Work from Home (WFH). If you opt for WFH, you are required to mark your attendance (both check IN and check OUT) online on OCTOBER360 accordingly.
